Sanctuary Worship
Services at Bright Star United Methodist Church offer inspirational sermons, heartening music and an opportunity for worshippers to celebrate and respond to God's love and give thanks for the gift of His Son.
Two unique worship celebrations are offered at Bright Star each Sunday. We have a
**Summer schedule starts June 6 until August. Worship begins at 10:30 for both services. Sunday School starts at 9:15.**
(1) Blended style of worship in the Sanctuary
(2) An Emerging worship style service called The Junction which meets in the theatre. Click here to be taken to The Junction page.
Children attending either service are invited to join the pastor for the Children's Parable where the pastor will share the gospel in language that the children will find enjoyable and yet challenging. Following this special time, children may return to their seats or, be escorted to their classrooms for special programs. Children's church is available for those in Kindergarten to 2nd grade.
Holy Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month in the Sanctuary service and every Sunday in The Junction. Seasonal services of worship are held during Lent, Advent and Christmas.
