		Rev. Tim Constien Associate Pastor Tim is the associate pastor in working with church growth and could also be called the technology pastor since he oversees the use of technology within the church. He has developed and teaches the Bright Star Membership classes along with various Bible studies. Before entering the ministry and being appointed to Bright Star in 2004, Tim was an active member of Bright Star for over 20 years and served in a number of congregational leadership positions.Tim married Dale at Bright Star in 1982, and they have 5 daughters. She enjoys working closely with the children of Bright Star. Jennifer works at Bright Star Pre-school 3 days a week as a teacher's aide for the two year olds. Jennifer is married to a wonderful and patient person, Roy. They have 2 boys, Gage and Kolbe. They also have an adoptive daughter Katie and are currently in the process of adopting another baby girl. Jennifer and Roy have attended Bright Star since 2005. Cathy Clodfelter Children’s Ministry Co-Coordinator Cathy is mom to 2 children, Gavin and Lily, and wife to husband Kevin. Cathy and Kevin both graduated from UNC Chapel Hill. Cathy has a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Kevin and Cathy are big Tarheel fans despite being in the midst of a bunch of bulldogs and yellow jackets. They are currently building an airplane in their basement.
		Katie Plumley Director of Music & Drama Katie has grown up in the Bright Star church and knows very well the music and the abilities that are within for praising God Sunday after Sunday. A gifted pianist and director, Katie brings to this position a drive and an excitement that has grown our music department beyond imagination since she took over in mid 2001. Katie is married to Tim Plumley. They live in Douglasville and have just recently become the parents of Maura. Katie's special area of concentration is Children's music and co-director of the Star Fish Players with Tim. 		Ivan Winslett Associate Director of Music Ivan is another native of Douglas County. Ivan has been with our music department since 1996 when he came on staff as Director of the Chancel Choir (our adult vocal group). He has served faithfully in many parts of the Music Department and now is our Associate Director of the Music department, with responsibilities for the Chancel choir, playing the piano and serving as worship leader for our 8:30 and 11:00 worship celebrations. Ivan is married to Ros, who is from Alabama, and they have three children: Jake, Michael, and Jennifer Ivan enjoys working on his farm in his spare time and collecting everyone else's cast off. 		Cindy Roberts Office Manager Cindy Roberts came to us in 2002 and has many years as a secretary/administrative assistant. Cindy handles all administration, clerical and financial responsibilities for the Bright Star family. She is very gifted and well prepared to lead us in this area. Cindy lives in Carrollton with her husband, Bill. They are the parents of Will, who is married to Crystal, and the grandparents of Michaela and twin grandsons - Alex and Chris. 		Dave Brook Food Service Director Chef Dave comes to us with a great amount of experience in food service having worked as a caterer for many years. Dave and his wife live in Lithia Springs. 		Bill Roberts Custodian Bill is the husband of Cindy Roberts, our Office Manager.  Bill recently retired after working 36 years at Delta Air Lines.  He is the proud grandpa of Michaela, Alex and Chris, the children of son Will and his wife Crystal.
